OPEN ENROLLMENT APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2022 - 2023 SCHOOL YEAR WILL BE ACCEPTED STARTING FEBRUARY 19, 2022 at 9:00am until classes fill up.
For the 2022-2023 school year, elementary grades will be taught at Nicolas Valley Elementary School. Middle school will be taught at Margarita Middle School.

Ed Resnick, Ph.D. brings more than twenty years of classroom and administrative public education experience to the Board of Directors. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree and Master of Arts degree in U.S. and European History from California State University, Fullerton (CSUF). After receiving his Single Subject California teaching credential in History Social Science with a supplemental certificate in English Language Arts, Ed began his teaching career with the Santa Ana Unified School District. In 2002, he taught middle school English and U.S. History in the Alvord Unified School District before transferring to the Menifee Union School District. While working in Menifee, Ed worked as a middle school English and History teacher, English department chairperson, administrative designee, and safety committee lead. He was named assistant principal of Menifee Valley Middle School in 2005. In 2009, Ed was appointed principal of Menifee’s newest middle school, Hans Christensen Middle School, where he introduced Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS) strategies and professional development. In 2014, he moved back to Menifee Valley Middle School where he continues to serve as the site principal. In 2018 he completed a doctoral degree from the College of Educational Studies at Chapman University.
Ed lives with his wife in Temecula where they have raised and educated their daughters in both public and charter schools. Their youngest daughter attends high school in the Temecula Valley, while their eldest attends CSUF.
