OPEN ENROLLMENT APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2022 - 2023 SCHOOL YEAR WILL BE ACCEPTED STARTING FEBRUARY 19, 2022 at 9:00am until classes fill up.
For the 2022-2023 school year, elementary grades will be taught at Nicolas Valley Elementary School. Middle school will be taught at Margarita Middle School.

July Hill-Wilkinson Ed.D, as a founding member, July brings a lifetime of experience in education to the Board of Directors. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina and her Master of Arts from California State University, San Bernardino. After working for the Riverside County Office of Education as a Program Specialist in charge of Foster Youth Assessments and a Career Technical teacher, she moved to Temecula in 2005. July spent the next eight years at Chaparral High School as a Peer Leader advisor, AVID teacher, English teacher, ASB Director and administrative designee. From 2013-2015 she was the Assistant Principal at Abraxas High School in Poway, and then returned to Chaparral and to the classroom as an English 12 Team Lead and National Honors Society advisor. July is an expert in student based assessments, student mediation, and staff development and was recently awarded her Doctorate in Education. She lives in Temecula with her husband and children, both of whom attend Temecula Valley Unified schools.
